Katarina believes good project management isn’t just about deadlines and spreadsheets – it’s about keeping the team and the client on the same page, always. Over more than a year at Santos Digital, she’s built her role around organization, clear client communication, and hands-on use of PM tools to keep projects moving smoothly.
Beyond coordination, she’s deeply involved in the technical side of client work – running site audits, analyzing SEO and CRO opportunities, and writing proposals that translate technical findings into language that makes sense for clients who aren’t technical themselves. She’s contributed to projects including Selectori AI and Voden.
Katarina holds a dual background in information technology: an Associate Engineer degree in Information Technologies and Systems (Information Systems track) from the Academy of Applied Technical and Art Studies Belgrade – School of Electrical and Computer Engineering, and a Graduate Engineer degree in Computer Science and Informatics from University Sinergija Bijeljina.
