Community Specialty Services – Cardiology is a heart care practice that handles consultations, chronic cardiac conditions, in-office testing and coordination of hospital-based procedures. They came to us without a site – nothing to migrate, nothing to work around.

What We Did: We designed and built the site from scratch in Elementor. The brief was a practice site that reads as calm rather than clinical, so the layout leads with services and patient-facing information instead of credentials and equipment lists. Structure is straightforward: services grouped by what a patient is actually looking for, contact and location surfaced early, no navigation puzzles for someone who may be anxious before they even open the page.

Design and development were both ours, which meant the build stayed close to the design without the usual translation losses.

Ongoing Work: The site went live and the relationship didn’t end there. We’ve handled maintenance since launch – updates, fixes, content changes as the practice added services.

What’s Next: We’re currently working on a redesign of the existing site. Three years of running it gave us a clear read on which pages patients actually use and which ones exist because someone assumed they should, and the new design is being shaped around that.
