inTakt sells a scheduling tool for builders. We redesigned their entire site, design and development both ours.
What We Did: We designed the site and rebuilt it in WordPress with Elementor, restructuring it around how the product is actually sold rather than how the old site had grown. Custom post types carry the content the team adds regularly, so new entries follow a defined structure instead of being built page by page.
Two Pricing Calculators: Pricing a scheduling tool is not a matter of listing tiers: cost depends on project size and variables the buyer knows and the site does not. Two calculators handle that. The first runs on inTakt’s own API, pulling live values so the price a visitor sees matches what the product would actually quote.
The second came from a spreadsheet. The client had the pricing logic worked out in Excel; we translated it into a JS function running natively in WordPress, so the calculation happens on the page rather than in a file someone has to send.
The Result: A full redesign where a builder can price their own project before speaking to anyone.
