Community Neuro Services provides cardiology and neurology care. We designed and built their site from scratch, have maintained it since launch, and are currently redesigning it.
What We Did: We designed the site and built it in WordPress with Elementor, with Advanced Custom Fields carrying the dynamic content. A practice covering two specialties has to make the split legible without doubling the site. Services, conditions and practitioner information are structured through ACF rather than free-form pages, so the team adds entries through defined fields and the layout holds regardless of what they enter. The build is fully responsive across devices, which matters for an audience that often arrives on a phone after a referral or a search for a specific condition.
Ongoing Work: Community Neuro Services has been on maintenance since launch. We are currently designing and building a refreshed version of the site, reworking the structure around how the practice has developed.
The Result: A three-year collaboration: designed, built, maintained, and now being rebuilt.
