CareTechPros is a US healthcare recruitment and staffing startup connecting healthcare talent with organizations nationwide. They came to us with a blank slate, no brand materials, content, or imagery, and needed a complete, credible digital presence built from the ground up.
We designed and developed the entire website, from Figma to WordPress, structured around clear pages including Services (role type specializations), Careers (job board), Expertise, Insights (blog), and About. Milan co-founded Santos Digital with Luka after completing his master’s degree in Information Technology and gaining years of entrepreneurial experience through his family business.
Having been involved in business from an early stage, he developed a strong understanding of client relationships, negotiations, operations and long-term growth. Today, Milan focuses on sales, business development, client communication and the commercial direction of Santos Digital, helping agencies and brands turn digital ideas into structured, high-performing website projects.
Sandra Novaković akka Naka is a multidisciplinary UX/UI Designer with a background in graphic design and a passion for creating thoughtful digital experiences. She began her career while still studying, starting as a graphic designer before discovering her interest in UX/UI and product design. In 2018, she expanded her focus into digital products and has continued building her expertise ever since.
She met Luka early in her career and joined him and Milan from the very beginning in building Santos Digital. Since then, she has designed websites, digital platforms, mobile applications, branding, and visual identity systems, working across a wide range of industries and helping businesses turn ideas into intuitive, user-focused products.
Stevan is a WordPress Developer with over eight years of experience building corporate websites, landing pages, WooCommerce stores, and custom business solutions. He specializes in developing custom WordPress themes and plugins, implementing advanced functionality with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF), and working with Elementor and Divi page builders. His focus is on creating fast, secure, and maintainable websites while collaborating closely with designers, SEO specialists, and project managers to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
