About Sandra Novaković
Sandra Novaković akka Naka is a multidisciplinary UX/UI Designer with a background in graphic design and a passion for creating thoughtful digital experiences. She began her career while still studying, starting as a graphic designer before discovering her interest in UX/UI and product design. In 2018, she expanded her focus into digital products and has continued building her expertise ever since.
She met Luka early in her career and joined him and Milan from the very beginning in building Santos Digital. Since then, she has designed websites, digital platforms, mobile applications, branding, and visual identity systems, working across a wide range of industries and helping businesses turn ideas into intuitive, user-focused products.

Throughout her career, she has worked closely with developers, project managers, and clients to create digital products that balance user needs with business goals. Her collaborative approach allows her to stay involved throughout the entire design process, from early concepts to final delivery.
As one of the lead designers at Santos Digital, she has contributed to most of the agency’s web design projects while also working on branding, product design, applications, and complex digital platforms. Her portfolio includes work for clients such as UFC, NIS, Belgrade Waterfront, and many other international and local brands.
Sandra graduated from Belgrade Polytechnic – College of Applied Studies, where she built the technical and creative foundation that continues to shape her work today. She started working professionally while still at university, gaining real-world experience as a graphic designer before transitioning into UX/UI design and digital products.
Her multidisciplinary background allows her to approach projects from both a creative and strategic perspective. She considers herself a product-focused designer who enjoys collaborating across teams, building scalable design systems, and creating experiences that are simple, functional, and meaningful. Looking ahead, her goal is to continue growing as a Product Designer and eventually take on the responsibilities of a Product Owner.
