Websites for managed IT and cloud providers are not about technology alone, they are about trust, clarity, and long-term partnerships. In an industry where reliability, responsiveness, and security are critical, the website becomes a primary touchpoint where businesses decide whether they feel confident handing over their IT infrastructure. Cloud Connected, an established provider serving SMBs from Amsterdam and Barcelona, needed a presence that communicated stability just as clearly as expertise.
The difficulty for managed IT providers is rarely capability, itโs explanation. Complex services had to be made clear and approachable, across several markets and languages, without losing consistency or credibility.โจโจKey challenges:
– Translating complex IT services into clear, jargon-free communication
– Keeping a multilingual, multi-domain presence
(Dutch, English, Spanish, Catalan) consistent
– Communicating reliability, experience, and real human support
– Content overload that reduced clarity and usability
– Technical and performance limitations
– Strong performance and lead generation across regions
Complex IT services were translated into a clear, approachable structure with strong content hierarchy.
The site emphasizes accessibility, responsiveness, and real human support rather than anonymous ticket queues.

Beyond design and performance, the website now plays a stronger role in how Vitaccess presents itself, communicates its value, and supports conversations with the right partners.
Itโs no longer just a digital presence itโs a tool that aligns with how the business operates and grows.
